  • Why do I need a account?

By creating an account and saving your information, you will be able to:

  1. Check out faster
  2. Review past order details
  3. Reorder products conveniently
  4. Track your order status and
  5. Be informed about new arrivals and promotions

  • Do I need an account to shop at

It is not mandatory for you to have an account to shop at However, without an account you will have to enter your contact information and address details every time you purchase an item. For shopping without an account, add the items to the shopping bag and click on GUEST CHECKOUT (to be checked) in the check out page   and enter the details as required.

  • I am a new user, how do I create an account?

Click on “SIGN IN/REGISTER” at the top of any page on the website. Then click on 'Register now'. Enter your email address and password. Re-enter your password to create an account. Your email ID will be used as your default username for your account. While choosing a password, please remember that

Passwords are case sensitive. For example “Password” and “password” will be treated as different from one another

Passwords must be of 6 or more characters.

Adding numbers and special characters to your password will make them hard to hack

After the registration, visit 'My Account' to enter your personal details and shipping addresses to enable faster checkout. Please ensure that you provide a valid and accurate phone number in case you need to be contacted for order confirmation or any other order or account related information.

When saving your address, make sure you enter your complete postal address since incomplete or incorrect information may slow order processing.

  • I am a registered user. How do I edit/manage my account?

You can edit/update/manage your personal information, including your name, address, contact information and password at any time. To access your account, click on "SIGN IN/REGISTER". Once logged in, click on the down arrow beside your name and click 'My Account'. You will also be able to view your shopping lists and order history here.

It is important to keep your account information accurate and up to date, since our customer service will be unable to help you if you are not able to verify the information provided by you in your account.

  • My email ID has changed. What should I do?

Since your registered email ID is your unique user ID, we use this to keep track of all your transactions. This cannot be changed without creating a new account. You can continue to use this email ID as your username and update the contact email address in your 'My Account' page. Once this is done, you will receive all communications from at this new email address. However your user ID for logging into your account will remain the same.

  • I forgot my Password. What should I do?

If you forget your password, we can email you a new, secure password. Click on “SIGN IN/REGISTER” at the top of any page on the website, and click on 'Forgot Password' and enter your registered email ID and submit. We will send you a mail on your registered email ID with instructions on creating a new password.


  • How do I place an order?

Placing an order for any product with is quick and simple. As you browse through our website, select the item you would like to purchase, click on quick view or the product. Select the variant that you wish to purchase, enter the desired quantity and add product to your shopping bag.

Checkout: When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order summary during checkout. As part of the checkout process, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your billing and shipping address and
  • Your preferred payment method

You can verify your order details before confirming your order. For online payments, you will be redirected to a third party payment gateway, where you provide your payment details. Once the order process is complete, you can print your order summary with your order ID. You will receive emails at your registered ID confirming the order and the shipment.

  • How can I pay for my order?

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order. You can pay online using a Credit or a Debit Card, Net Banking, or offline using Cash on Delivery (COD). You can also opt for paying using Credit Card on Delivery.

For credit/ debit card and net banking payments, you would be routed to our trusted payment gateway partner where you would have to enter your account number and/or your CVV number and 3D Secure PIN. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

  • I wish to pay COD (Cash On Delivery). What are the rules?

Cash on Delivery service is available all over India subject to service availability with our Logistics Partners. For COD orders, our customer service will call you to confirm the order prior to shipment. There is a convenience fee of Rs 200 applicable on deliveries below Rs 2000. If the order is above Rs.2000, , the delivery is free. The payment can be made by cash only. Total Order Value for COD orders is limited to below Rs. 20,000/- for security reasons.

  • Why am I unable to see the COD (Cash On Delivery) option on the payments page?

Please verify if the total order value is above Rs. 20,000/-. For security reasons, COD facility is available only for orders valued below Rs. 20,000/-. Payment by Net Banking, Credit Cards & Debit Cards is available for all orders.

  • I have a discount voucher/Credit Note. How can I redeem?

Note that for all items where the price is marked down, the discount automatically applies to the price of the item and you do not have to enter any code for availing this. However, if you are in possession of a discount voucher or a credit note, you can enter the code at the time of checking out and the amount will be deducted from the total bill amount as per the rules of the voucher or note. Discount vouchers are generally for one time use only. Partial redemptions are not possible. Promotion codes apply to individual items and are valid during the promotion period only. There may be a restriction on the number of items that can be purchased for items on promotion.


  • How do I find the product that I am looking for?

To help find the product you are looking for and navigate our website better, we have provided several helpful category listings. You can either browse our products by category and subcategory, by price, or by popularity. If you are looking for a specific product and know the name, try product search or browse by brand name.

  • I do not see the product I want? What do I do?

If the item you are unable to see is something that you have seen or purchased on the website previously, either we are having difficulty sourcing it or has been discontinued by the supplier. In any case, send us a message, and we will get back to you within 24hrs to confirm if we can source the item for you. You can also send us requests for related products that are not listed on our website. We promise to do our utmost to source the product for you. Write to us at

  • The product I wish to buy is out of stock? When can I buy?

If a product is out of stock, you can notify us of your intention to purchase it by writing to us at We will send information to your email address immediately upon receipt of stock.

  • I received the wrong product? What should I do?

We thoroughly check all dispatches before shipping to ensure they match your order exactly. If however, in the rare case that you have received an item in error, we apologize for the inconvenience.   • I received a damaged product? What should I do?

  • Are there any additional hidden costs on a product?

Absolutely no. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website on the order confirmation page is what you have to pay and is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of ALL taxes.

  • What about warranty and benefit claims of the products?

We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items from manufacturers of repute and resellers of the products, However, if the product is found to be defective, you may return the product to us and we will honour the warranty of the product promptly.


  • How will the items I ordered be delivered and how much does it cost?

We ship our products via reputed courier partners or through Medfirst logistics network. Delivery is free where the order value is greater than Rs 2000. Otherwise, Rs.200 is charged for shipping.

  • When will the item be delivered?

Most orders confirmed before 14:00 hrs will be shipped out of our warehouse on the same day. Order confirmation happens for online payments once payment authorization and verification is obtained. For COD, order is confirmed once our customer service representative verifies your order and shipping address. For other Offline payments, order confirmation happens once the payment is cleared.

For all in-stock items, the delivery happens on the same day in Hyderabad and within the next 2 to 4 days in all major metros, subject to the above cut-off times. Delivery times for other areas will vary from 2-7 days depending on the availability of courier service.

In case of bulky products (items having volumetric  weight above 4kg), the parcel will move by surface mode only and hence will be subject to slightly longer delivery times.

You will receive a message once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped with an update on the approximate delivery time.

  • Do you deliver on the same day? What is the Cut-Off time?

Same day delivery is currently available in Hyderabad. We will shortly extend it to other cities. The cut off time for same day delivery is 14.00 Hrs, by which time the order should be confirmed.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

Click on the track order status in the website and enter your order ID. Information regarding the current order status will be displayed here.

To check the status of all your previous orders or to browse your order history, you need to be a registered member of If you do not have an account already, create one now. Registered customers can login to their account and click on order history to obtain information on all orders.
